As its name suggests, Pastaworks is home to all things pasta. Pastaworks produces fresh pastas using the finest flours and ingredients made in the traditional manner; shaped pastas are extruded through brass dies and egg rich flat pastas are sheet rolled. Filled pastas change seasonally. July will feature beet filled ravioli.
Pastaworks also carries artisan-made dried pastas from Martelli, Rustichella, Latini, Giuseppe Coco and Benedetto Cavalieri among others, in a variety of shapes and sizes . |
