Mancianti Extra Virgin Olive Oils from Umbria

Our latest shipment of Mancianti Olive Oils has just arrived. Pastaworks has stocked these balanced, elegant oils for years and we are delighted to be able to offer them to you again. The Mancianti family has dedicated itself to the production of Italy's finest oils. We've had the pleasure of watching Alfredo Mancianti's father literally skimming the "cream" off the top for the estate's glorious Affiorato. The single orchard oils are as expressive of their respective terroirs and varietal composition as any great wine.

La Ziraia Extra Virgin olive oil 750 ml $21.99, 500 ml, 16.99
Aromas of raw vegetables. Flavors of almond and vegetables, well balanced with a long finish. Suitable for soups, pasta, shellfish, salads, meats, cheeses, crostini and vegetables.

Mancianti Affiorato 500 ml $28.99
Literally, the cream of the crop. Fruity, fragrant and delicately balanced with notes of apple, celery, artichoke and sweet almond. It is the “perfect” oil, clearly fruity but delicate.

DOP Umbria 500 ml $25.99
Medium to lightly scented with notes of artichoke, green tomato and almond, slightly peppery and balanced with pleasant aromatics.

San Feliciano 500 ml $22.99
A single orchard oil, fruity with notes of artichoke and sweet almond. Long lasting and balanced aromatic flavors.
